You won’t regret it

Possibly the best experience I have ever had. The chap (Rory) was a true gent and made the whole process very easy ..

I mean buying a hot tub seemed like a fun idea.. (which it was) … but I got a little bogged down in all the bits I didn’t really know about… that was until I found Heritage .. absolutely amazing company, lovely staff and the new Tub is a dream!

To put it simply.. if you’re going to buy a hot tub… get one from these guys.. you won’t regret it

A pleasure doing business

After purchasing a tub elsewhere and trying to get it serviced (but struggling each time) I was recommended Heritage Hot Tubs by a friend of mine.

Rory, the guy that came out was knowledgeable, personable, and very reasonable.

Already planning on buying from him when we move house next week, although I might ask for a different person to install it as I feel the only downside is he’s so handsome and charming my wife might run away with him!

I wouldn’t use anyone else

Used Rory for the last couple of years now for my hot tub servicing, he’s also supplied and fitted upgrades speakers and carried out a few minor repairs. I wouldn’t use anyone else now as he does such a good job and reasonably priced too. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of using heritage hot tubs.

Thank You Rory and team!

Recently purchased a Majestic hot tub from Heritage hot tubs.

I dealt with Rory from the sale to the delivery and set up. He was polite, professional and helped us with advice on how to look after our tub.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase a hot tub.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars Unbelievable response by Rory

Unbelievable response by Rory! I called at 0930 on Saturday morning as I had an issue with my hot tub. I needed a bit of a quick fix as it was my daughters 8th birthday party the day after. Although Rory couldn’t get to me he arranged a video call and talked through the issue step by step. Its was at least 45 minutes of his time on a Saturday afternoon. Legend

Really happy with the service provided

Really happy with the service provided. Excellent communication and friendly customer service. Rory was also really knowledgeable and I appreciated him taking his time to explain to me what was needed for my hot tub. Thank you. Will be making sure I book in throughout the year for the servicing packages.

Absolutely amazing

Rory came to visit me for the first time in 2022 and he was so professional and polite. I asked lots of questions about my hot tub and he was more than happy to give me the answers, so helpful. The clean was amazing worth every penny. Rory and his wife Chloe came back last week 2023 to clean the hot tub out again absolutely amazing, Chloe is a cleaning freak and did an amazing job. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Rory to come to your home and Chloe if she is free, it was lovely to see them again. Well done Rory you should be proud.
